Shipping by Dymo.eu in The Netherlands

PostNL logoDymo.eu ships in The Netherlands almost always via PostNL Pakketdienst We use track & trace services so that both Dymo.eu and the customer can follow the shipment via the internet. After preparing your shipment, you will receive an email with track & trace number and weblink. Your shipment will become visible at the track & trace website around 10:00pm during working days.

In case PostNL driver finds nobody at the shippingaddress, the driver may try to deliver the order at a neighbouring address or takes it back to the warehouse for delivery next day. You will receive a notice from the driver in your mailbox and the track & trace website will show this information too.

Shipping by Dymo.eu outside the Netherlands

PostNL logo UPS logoDymo.eu ships from The Netherlands via PostNL Pakketdienst (via EMS = Express Mail Service) and UPS. We use track & trace to follow the shipments and we send you the track & trace info via email. Before dispatching the shipments to the driver, you may receive a track & trace message. Your shipment will be deliverd to the couriers later that day and then the first scan of our shipment will be made and that will become visible on the courier's website after 22:00 CET.

If PostNL / EMS or UPS cannot deliver the shipment at the shipping address, the driver will take it back and will try to deliver it 2 more times on the following business days. The addressee will receive a notice in the mailbox or via (UPS) and it will be visible on the track & trace website .

Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and are based on order value and order weight. You can have the shipping options calculated before you start the checkout proces.

Dymo.eu will in some cases ask their supplier to ship an order directly to your address. This can be the case when Dymo.eu is low in stock and you'd have to wait longer in case we have it delivered to our warehouse first. Each supplier works with different shippingcompanies and we do not get the track & trace details automaticaly or at all. However when we use the direct delivery option you'll receive a shipping notification from us but in most cases without a tracking number. In that way you are aware that the shipment is on its way to you. We can in many cases track your shipment so if you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us, we'll gladly provide you with the details we can find.

Privacy aspects regarding shipments

To be able to trace shipments we need to provide a deliveryaddress, name details and phone and email details to the shipping company. We do provide them with the details we received in the order. In that case we try to avoid delays and hope to be as accurate as possible.

International deliveries require in some cases customs information. These details will be provided to the shippingcompany. They can then use those details when needed.
