Order Process

Our ordering process is fast and easy. It has a few steps:

1. Choose your product(s) Use the menubar at the webpage for fast navigation to the right category of products and simply put the product in the shopping cart by clicking the button. When your are ready putting products to your shopping cart, you can view the shopping cart and change the number of products that you would like to get or remove products from the shopping cart. 

2. Go to checkout. Click the button "Proceed To Checkout" or click the link "Checkout". In a few clear steps, you will be guided through the checkout process.

3. Enter your invoice address. We use the invoice address to make up your invoice. When your invoice address is the same as your shipping address, you don't need to enter a shipping address, otherwise, just enter a different shipping address where you want the goods to be delivered.

4. Choose your payment method We offer you quite a list of payment methods. Make your choise.

5. Choose your shipping method Depending on the destination country, we offer you one or more shipping methods. Make your choise.

6. Check and confirm your order! All contents of your order are presented to you on this page. Please check the contents of your order. If you need to make changes to the products, you are able to do so now. Read and confirm our General Terms and place your order.

7. Check and follow the order process. You will receive an email with the order confirmation with a few seconds after placing your order. Transfer time may vary due to different spamfilter configurations. This message contains the contents of your order and a link that you can use to login again to our system and view the status of the order processing.
